Lilly Arguello
Hello! Thank you for your interest in my school! I am an Early Childhood educator and mother of three. Teaching is my passion and I feel so blessed to be part of laying the groundwork for life long learning for the precious Lilypad children every day!

Prior to opening The Lilypad, I was a Kindergarten teacher for seven years in the North East Independent School District for San Antonio. I believe early childhood education is THE MOST important tool you can give a child so that they will succeed in life.
Through early exposure to literacy and math, children develop the foundations that will give them that extra boost when they begin Kindergarten. Children also learn to socialize and work cooperatively with each other through preschool opportunities which will also help them enormously throughout their school years.
The first five years of a child's life shape who they will be for their entire life!

I have made it my life's work to be a positive influence on those early years and to love, nurture and educate children so that they can develop a love of learning and excitement for the world around them!
